Exploring Jesus's GuyCode
In the last blog I said that guy code has a lot to do with how you treat women.
Jesus was a accepting. He always accepted women into his life. For example Mary and Martha (Luke 10: 38-42). Jesus accepted the women, he taught the women. Jesus taught more women then any one disciple did while he was alive. So Jesus accepted women without judging them. Jesus also taught women, now I know what your thinking (so I can tell women what to do) No, Jesus taught them. In this story Jesus taught Martha to take a chill pill and chose what is better, and not being worried with all the preparations that had to be made.
Jesus cared about women. In Jesus's darkest moment in life on the cross (John 19: 25-27) He tells John to take care of his mom. In all the hurting and all the pain he cares for a women and says, "Here is your mother."
In Jesus's it was consider a cruse to bear a girl. Women were hated. Jesus protects. In (John 8) Jesus protects the women that was caught in the act of adultery. While writing in the sand Jesus said, "If any of you is without sin, let him be the first to throw a stone at her." Jesus protects this women's life.
Jesus gave respect to women. In (Luke 13) he tells the synagogue ruler to not treat women like animals. Jesus healed the women on the Sabbath not just because it was his day anyways. He healed her because, she is a person, a living person, with a heart, Jesus had respect for women.
